Period A: [from 06/01 to 27/03] - [from 10/04 to 19/06] - [from 11/09 to 18/12]

Period B: [from 01/01 to 06/01] - [from 27/03 to 10/04] - [from 19/06 to 17/07]

NOTE 

Swimming-pool open from 15/05 to 30/09.

Prices are IVA included and include:  

1. Starting and final cleaning; 
2. Water, light and gas;
3. Sheets and towels (weekly change);
4. Assistance at the trulli.

GENERAL CONDITIONS 

Lenght of Stay: At least 7 days.

Arrival: On Saturday between 16.00 and 20.00 hours.

Departure: On Saturday before 10.00 hours.

It is necessary to respect the above-mentioned times.

EXTRA

On request you can stipend of:

1. extra linen and cleaning, personal linen washing (can be arranged at additional cost);
2. hair dryer;
3. iron and ironing board;
4. cot  (30,00 Euro per week);
5. barbecue.

PAYMENT

A deposit of 30% of the price must be paid at the time of booking.

The balance of the holiday cost must be paid 15 days before departure.

Methods of payment: bank transfer, cash, postal order.

2. Heating: Euro 40,00 per week 

PENALITY FOR CANCELLATION

If you cancel your booking, the following penalties will be accessed:

a) Low Season (A and B Period)

Prior to 7 days before the arrival: your banking account.

From 6 to 4 days before the arrival: 40% of the price of the 1st week.  

From 3 to 1 day before the arrival: 80% of the price of the 1st week. 

Not arrival: 100% of the price of the 1st week.

b) High Season (C and D Period)

Prior to 15 days before the arrival: your banking account.

From 14 to 7 days before the arrival: 40% of the price of the 1st week.

From 6 to 4 days before the arrival: 60% of the price of the 1st week + 40% of the price of the 2nd week.

From 3 to 1 days before the arrival: 80% of the price of the 1st week + 40% of the price of the 2nd week.

Not arrival: 100% of the price of the 1st week + 40% of the price of the 2nd week.
